so how can I withdraw my bitcoin from that watch only address?

if the address is "watch only", you don't exactly own the funds in that wallet and it only means you are just monitoring the funds in there. all address you own have private keys so you can send funds from it.

Also As I've seen you "hard earned" that money from faucets. Before making any business transaction you need to combine those inputs into one in 1 tx. If you're using Bitcoin Core, then it's quite easy. (I mean of course you can send it with a really high fee but there's a cheaper way).
You don't need to combine all of those inputs, and it may not be cheaper to do so. It certainly won't be more expensive. It is just as expensive in fees to send all of those inputs in one transaction to yourself as it is to send them all to someone else for payment. In fact, it could be more expensive (slightly) to send them to yourself because you must create 2 transactions, one to yourself and then one to pay other people, instead of one transaction which will both send change to yourself and your payment to other people.
"time" is more expensive than bitcoins.
Imagine that: You need to send person X some bitcoins. And you paid tx fee as 1kb = 10k sats. 5kb tx = 50k sats.  Because you have a hurry.

If you've combined them by paying 1kb = 1k sats days before and you would have paid 5k sats. Now you can send it with 10k sats fee with a "high priority tx".

If you think a few satoshis are important then ok. You might make your deals to take 1 day, Your cargo may be shipped 1 day later because of waiting confirmal...
