Heya

I'm new to the forums but looking for help please.

I sent near four btc to my BitLaundry.com account but they seem to have stolen/transferred my funds to their distribution wallet.

BitLaundry.com support staff will not respond to my help requests.  I have used them a few times in the past and thought they were legit.

I can prove the transaction and blockchain transfer to BitLaundry.com and will post here if anyone thinks it will help.  Regardless of my showing them the actual transfer and confirmations I cannot get BitLaundry support to respond.  Please help?

The vendor support finally responded after several days. I aim to resolve via their support and will delete this if we can resume and return to business.  If any issues I'll update.  I appreciate the visibility and calm response Amph

Not a very timely support staff.  Incase it helps them because their name is visible, I kindly request that the following transaction be investigated because it does not show up under transaction history under this one's account but shows as they shifted away into one of their wallet id's that I've received from:

Transaction:
0a723644f1ec280b5f0a0701ca31695ab151610b5d30b8e91384ff9effaf8cc8

some 3.82 sent from some guy -> BitLaundry.com where wallets confirm but BitLaundry is struggling to recognize.

Please lookup transaction:

0a723644f1ec280b5f0a0701ca31695ab151610b5d30b8e91384ff9effaf8cc8

I sent it to my account on BitLaundry.com wallet which I have used in the past:

Why will your support staff and site not recognize this deposit??  So frustrating!!!!

Following that transaction my deposit was promptly put into the BitLaundry wallet:

1DDWEQM11uMUKiqpGEWvBT2at3CjCw3Vra

There is no record of this transaction on the my account.

That wallet has some 2,100 BTC clearly the mixer wallet.  Is this really a scam site?

Updated title.

Is there any other info required to send on to their support team besides the transaction # and wallet?

I see websites clearly show this transaction and where it went...

Do not use bitlaunder.com!

They will steal your deposit.  Clearly one can see them receive one's BTC but this will not show in one's profile transaction history.  The deposit is then rolled into their huge mixing wallet.

Sad sad day.  The support staff are not friendly and no longer respond.  Seemed like a smart service idea but BEWARE! They will steal your BTC deposit.

I cannot understand why they would do this to a consumer since they already charge a commision.  Is there some scam they carry out if one uses them twice in a 24hr period?

MadMaximus out.

Anyone else have the same issue?
