Here is how it would work:
there woul be a site - very popular ideally -
where you could geolocate your wifi and let a bitcoin based escrow system have your password availabe for a certain time for a certain amount of bitcoins that would enable anyone to rentabilize his wifi. He would only have to change the password often after providing the service and update the new password that could be rented again by another.

Somewhat useless idea. There are tons of unprotected WiFi available and even more can be hacked to gain access.

Even so, at most train stations/shopping malls on my country you can buy wifi access by sms paying €2/hour. lol
