Legendary people here

there's 346 normal Legendary members. 11 staff that should be Legendary if they ever get demoted (1000+ activity). and some 20 ish donators/VIPs

They don't need to get demoted. Staff position is extra to their normal member ranks. When you calculate Legendary number in forum you should count them, too.

And legendary is random so it could be more then this.  You just don't know when it will happen only know minimum requirement.

What do you mean by random? Legendary rank is a lottery? The forum picks a lucky hero member every two weeks? I am far away from 800 activity, only want to know 

Yes we can say this, Because if you search it in the Member List you will not see the Legendary Rank. Just go and check by your self, You will see Admin, Then Staff List and then Sr.member List it mean there in no Legendary List

What do you exactly mean? I just did a search and i found the list of legendary members. Lol

But why I cant see them in the list?

Check only the box for "search by position" and type legendary
