stick with iceland and other countries that are not constantly 100 degree's +.. because no matter how efficient you can get the hashing chips.. cooling will eat into your profits, not only the electric costs of cooling, but the price of the equipment that can handle indian temperatures.

I am a regular visitor to India, and I can assure you that nowhere in India you can get electricity that cheap. The normal rates are like $0.10 to $0.15 per KWh. And the expenses will be more in India, due to the 38% export duty being levied on mining rigs, and the need for cooling. Also, there is a lot of redtape in getting the necessary permits and licenses, to set up a new venture.

That is Washington State in the north west USA.

I know parts of India are pretty cold. Near the north by the mountains.
I don't know the rules or the power costs.

I am limited to 1 30 amp circuit in my friends shop.
