are these available in NA as well or are they EU only? I might buy one if its available to be redeemed in NA and if you can offer a bigger discount.

Don't think they are available in NA, but they'll work for EU servers.

hmm... how are they 16 pounds?  Here in NA, we have numbers like $10, $25, etc. 
Are you sure they can't be redeemed in any server other than EU?  I'm really looking to purchase a $20 ASAP.

Card purchased in EU can't be redeemed in NA or CA. That is final answer. However, if you contact customer support you can get them to work with you.
