Hi,

I have problem with my mintcoin wallet. I was syncing the the wallet while the PC lost power and shut down unexpected.

After restart everything is fine but only my mintcoin wallet won't work anymore.

I start up mintcoin-qt and it keeps in the status "not responding". The wallet is running but shows "greyed-out" on my PC.

I created a new mintcoin dir in appdata and I see also it is downloading the blockchain, but stil no response on the wallet itself through the GUI.

Any ideas?

Vincent

Im assuming your on windows or mac?

If it needed to rescan or reindex (which is possible if data got corrupted) it will not respond until finished. With a lengthy blockchain like mintcoin it can take a while

If the debug.log is moving and showing new blocks coming in just give it a bit

You should better ask the question into the official Mintcoin Thread. i guess, the problem raised because of a damaged .conf and/or wallet.dat file caused by the sudden shut down.
