UKDCA website is now live

So it is not profit Organisation or a Company? Because I looked into it and on their website you can read: "The UKDCA is a UK registered company. Company No. 08938586"
So in UK even non profit organisations must be registered as companies? If this is company then it need to earn money some way. Therefore it can't be non profit.
