Yeah they can still reverse it even after you've withdrawn cash. Your account will just be overdrawn. I recommend doing cash deposit (easy to get burned if you don't know what you're doing though), WU, Moneygram, or Walmart 2 Walmart, but you may have to break it up into two or three transactions due to possible money send limitations.
