Perfect money is another e-currency just like paypal, egopay, solidtrustpay, and etc but PM has a limited use and most users are just using it for HYIP and illegal things unlike BTC it has many uses than this e-currency.

you can call it a less popular version of paypal with fewer usages. but with the similar flaws.
if you want to trade with someone paying you in perfect money make sure that he is a trusted trader so you don't get scammed.
