Good way to go LTC->USD or BTC in small quantities?

Anyone have a good way to go from LTC to BTC or USD in small purchases (<5LTC).  I'm just starting to play with this a little but finding that BTC-E has a flat fee withdrawl for BTC so it is prohibitive to take BTC out in small quantities.  Any other ways of going between LTC and others would be appreciated.

Also, any good (cheap) ways of going from MtGox to BTC-E?
