Do pools include transactions fees in miners rewards?

I wonder if pools includes fees in rewards to miners, if system reward is PPS of course not, but in others?.

I haven't read anything at no pool about it. And is hard to calculate. Maybe now is a small amount but not in future. It totally fair that a pool's admin get some profit for maintain the server. But if claim to have a 0% pool and then earn the fees, that's not totally honest.

Any info about what pools share the fees btween miners?
