Your header of the free post should be #Bitcoin Title of Book
You post and when it goes live to twitter automatically
You will normally be the top of that #hashtag
Now that's the best free deal going for authors IMO
Likewise, if you don't sell books but want to pop twitter, post in their lounge
Members can use their Twitter clout for FREE
