This could mean that your posts are not as "constructive" as you think, or that you are restating what another member has already said.

Yeah, that happens when you most tons of nonconstructive posts.  I have only heard it happening too many people that have been here awhile and I recognize by name or avatar.  Like the guy with the BIT.X bunny avatar.  lol

I've post constructive posts and still get temp banned.

Not really , i just found one one your post that is false from all evidences.

OP asked why people quote "OP" in their replies.

Your Reply:
I think they wanted to increase their words count because of signature campaign and I think this should move to Meta.

Instead your response should be some what like this in essence:(Not excatly)
People quote OP because they want to respond to him. OR it is required to inform when you answering or questioning two people in a single post.

*No campaign is paying for quoted words , if any let us know here.

Respect the Ban as we all are learning and have some faults in us !

Can you clarify what happened to you? Are you saying that you were banned from using a signature? Or were you previously temporarily banned? If it is the former then the overall level of spam throughout the forum will most likely decrease substantially.
