I have a feeling he will, unfortunately. he's making himself out to be the most generous and foolish person on this section. manyproofs, if you send this loan out you will not get anything back, just don't do it.

if you could specify what you wanna do with that money, you would be more likely get loaned.
plus nobody will lend you for such a high amount of money, you need to be sure you are not a scam.
i got scammed once, and i don't wanna be again.

out of ability to use the signature, i want a new ban strike policy that will fade the strike after 90~120 days of the ban and not to be traced back, like google | email me for anything urgent, message will possibly not be instantly responded

there isnt any; just look at the op's trust profile. the account was undoubtedly made just to get a loan and scam; manyproof's behavior probably led op to use this account again to try and get a donation.
