Altcoins dev teams with best reputation

Does anyone tracking bitcoin alternatives have a summary of each dev team with CVs and notable business relationships? I'm struggling to find a comprehensive list. I suspect Deep Onion and other crypto teams are intentionally anonymous, but I'd like to order by Reputation/Exeperience etc. Sort of a Page Rank of all the key players.

Any well-intentioned response greatly appreciated.
