I do not have a site to advertise, but I think it would be good to specify how many unique visitors your site has and where they come from. The fees could be a bit clearer, what if I was advertising with a friend for a really cheap price? Will you still offer me half the price? .

Your reply is a tricky one haha .... well honestly as of now I only have few hundreds of visitor but for a website which is only 2 days old , I think its going to keep on growing even more at a rapid pace specially due to it being a technological base type of website
maybe if you will be the first person to advertise on my website , I might accept half of the price of the cheap price ur saying haha
