2. This is a pre-order for hardware to be available in January 2016.
3. Nobody really knows who this company is.  Hit up the German section of the forum for details.. one reseller seems convinced.
4. Nobody really knows what is supposed to be in this hardware - though assumptions about chip suppliers aplenty.
5. Do your due diligence.
