We're getting too large for me to manage the site. Have a number of volunteer positions for the time being, hopefully they will be paid positions in the future.
As with our expansion, we are adding an affiliates / points platform, and looking to expand our blog.
The positions that are in dire need:
Blog manager -
http://enjoybitcoins.com/blog/ - Someone to revamp the enjoy blog with strategies and a plan... No coding necessary, if you are a management personality who loves to develop based on goals, we can manage what you need implemented, of course, if you are a coder this is also welcome.
A person looking to take control of the blog completely, from categories, to scheduled content. Someone who is willing to take on a big project and move our blog in the right direction including conducting interviews with interview professionals, locating guest bloggers, weekly segments, and finding authors for, or personally writing articles that align with our keywords and strategy, and monetization strategies. The blog will be yours to love, cherish, and develop into a real contender for Bitcoin information. Structuring categories and sub categories the way they need to be structured, the way you believe will be ideal. This will require a little bit of time and someone with a real love for the scene. We are not micro managers, so this person has to be self motivated. As for code and such, you can either help out in the back end, or be the idea generator while we bring everything to life. This position will include donation and a % of listing income as a means to reimburse. As we do not bring in much of any revenue at the moment, the compensation is up for discussion, as for now we will suggest it's a volunteer role.

We already have this up, it's your job to revamp and update it with the best information in an easy to read manner.
Listing updates -
http://enjoybitcoins.com/bitcoin-directory/ As we have over 500 services listed within, it's tough to keep up with the listings. Looking to add a member to the team who is able to visit and update our house added listings with quality, unbiased, service information.
Points / affiliates / community engagement - Do you like social media promotions? Generating leads and engaging the community with fun promotions? In the next week, we will be relaunching our affiliates / points system as a way to encourage users to contribute and leave reviews after experimenting with new bitcoin services. We have everything structured to a basic point. Your job is to review and perfect this system. Strategies on how the system can improve, and engage with the community about the system in new exciting ways. Develop a plan based around goals on how to up user engagement and generate a buzz in the Bitcoin community, but also forums and social networks that are not yet using bitcoin. A points and bits earning system is a great way to excite people who have yet to try Bitcoin. It's your job to come up with a plan on how to excite people about bitcoin and use enjoy bitcoins to try.
Sales and partnerships - This is a very important job. We want you to be the front runner with communicating with services we have listed, and build relationships within the community. Unclaimed listings will need to be contacted to let organizations know they can claim their listing anytime and update it to their standards with files, videos, audio and the applicable content to get noticed. Likewise, we would like to build partnerships and enhance the user experience through effective networks, this is your job. Enjoy Bitcoins has a number of listing enhancement features, which will pay this position a commission of 15% on each contacted businesses enhancements.
