Selling Question

Before it will end up in a fight i will better asking here for fairplay, so in the Digital Goods there are some people selling xy methode to get xy cheaper or free, and my question is if i have a different methode or the same (I do not know since i not have the seller's one) i am allowed to sell it anyway?

This is not only 1 seller but some different methodes

My question is if i can sell the SAME as other guys doing or not i.e if he a trick for 4$ to get xy cheaper and i offer the same for just 1$

I think you can sell your method for cheaper price. We are in the free market system.
