Cloudbet withdrawal still pending

Hello,

I requested a withdrawal from cloudbet last night and it is still pending. I understand it has "only" been 17 hours or so but I a bit concerned because I would like to place bets tonight but can't until this withdrawal is completed.

I have emailed twice but only got a generic response. Is there any other way to contact cloudbet other than email? Thank you.

i think its much better if you edit your OP and change the title. adding the word (resolved) will let the readers know that issue has been resolved and you can lock the thread.
