Yes there are other CryptoNote coins beside Boolberry, but Boolberry has unique advantages and is the only CryptoNote coin that is part of SuperNET. Lets stay on topic. We are discussing the anonymity features of SuperNET and while CryptoNote, CT and CoinShuffle are all relevant the name of SuperNET CORE coins such as Boolberry are not. Lets focus on the tech.

Max Kesier was helping him pump NXT in that ferarri video or whatever saying "I like NXT at these levels"...that was a huge red flag for me to stay the fuck away for now until the price truly bottoms.

Saying "I like NXT at these levels" is a bait and switch statement to give you confidence that this is a cheap place to buy for now but really they are just pumping the price to dump on to suckers.

First off....the current dump is, as far as I can see, the last big original stakeholder cashout. Last time I looked, he/she/whatever only had 2 millon NXT (+some assets) left from an original 50 million. If this is the end of the NXT distribution from big stakeholders, we should see price recovery.
But who knows, not many guarantees in crypto, particularly these days.

Meh...I'm not exactly a massive Keiser fan.....or spent much time on him, tbh.
The speech he gave at the conference was the most I've ever seen of him in action.
He talks sense, mostly, but tends to go off on one......

Anyhow, don't read too much into it, Marc de Mesel could probably get the Pope to say nice things about NXT during a ride in the Lambo.

Nxt marketing will get (semi)-organised and more professional, Nxt gets some actual average user-friendly client software and external projects will have an incubator structure to keep them on the path to delivery.

You're not wrong on the volume, btw, but the current volume is better than a few months ago.
Still not great, though, you can't regard any market-listed currency/stock as being liquid until you're seeing a 1% daily trade volume.
Nxt is still off that by a long way......

Right now combining CryptoNote (CN) and Confidential Transactions (CT) is the most advanced cryptocurremcy anonymity system ever designed.

My design and white paper combines CN with Compact Confidential Transactions (CCT, and improves that white paper) which is supposedly more compact than Blockstream's CT. I believe I am the only person do that so far (completed in July). I need to do some calculations now that I have digested Monero cryptographer Shen-Noether's version that combines CN with CT.

CCT is apparently less complex to implement than CT because proving the hidden values are positive requires a simpler zero knowledge proof (which I improved to increase compactness and make it faster).

After all, it looks like Monero cryptographer Shen-Noether's design for this Holy Grail of on-chain anonymity where Cryptonote one-time rings are combined with homomorphic value hiding can do the same functionality as my design can. My white paper was completed in July all by myself. Shen's white paper was only completed in October and he interacted with some from Blockstream and apparently others.

The difference in our two designs appears to end up only in terms of efficiency. His design works with Blockstream's Confidential Transactions. My design works with an unpublished version of Denis Lukianov's Compact Confidential Transactions which contains my improvements to make it even more compact and probably 3-4 times faster (pending tests).

So you can compare CCT to CT and see that my design should have a better than 850% size advantage (see section 4.6 Comparison to CT) and the performance should also be faster than Shen's:

I now hate it because I said it at much higher prices.

But seriously: when I got into the speculating racket, I had concluded that the hardest skill is selling out 'at' the top. Not only recognizing a toppy market, but also having a thick-enough skin to "sell and regret it."

But now, I'm seeing - the hard way, as per usual  - that calling the end of a bear market is a mug's game too. That's like in the salt mines...

What's fascinating about conspiracy theories is that they're instantiations of "too smart by half." In my own off-and-on conspiracy-theory watching, I have these observations:

1. Conspiracy theories fill an informational vacuum: definite demand but next-to-no supply of hard facts.

2. Conspiracy theories appeal to outsiders, people who normally have to rely on opinion, hunches and surmise instead of facts. The outsiders are the "customer base."
2a) They also appeal to folks who have a liking for too-smart-by-half overcomplexification.

3. But, a conspiracy theory's "customers" and "prospects" are outsiders who have a deep, emotional need to have information that they can't get - or information that gives their suspicion-minded confirmation biases.
3a) People who come up with conspiracy theories tend to be good-boy types who've had their trust in authority abused.

4. The most interesting facet of conspiracy theories is that they appeal to folks who, at bottom, are deferential to authority. They have a huge emotional need to believe that their "betters" know more than they do (but aren't telling!) That's why the most obvious rebuttal to a conspiracy theory - no-one knows what's really going on! - never works.

5. Conspiracy theorists are "displacement perfectionists." If they can find one single flaw in the mainstream explanation, they seize upon it as "evidence" that their conspiracy theory is better than the mainstream portrayal.
