Bank deposit made yesterday evening. You sent me an email last night saying I'd have them "within the hour", now my emails aren't being answered. No one answers your phone either. Whats up?

Also curious what the "instant" in your name refers to? Per many of the posts I'm seeing it appears posting here is the only way to get a resolution, so I am doing do. Let me know what is happening please.

Copied to the clipboard directly from my wallet. Verified before submitting.

I know they have plenty of fans and successful transactions but a search here turns up a bunch of complaints verifying my experience as well. Seems like every now and then one of the orders falls through the cracks. I would just like a response from support

Just give it some time, usually Bank transfers take a couple of days to clear then before the exchanger will send BTC.  Smiley

Have you tried contacting them from the link on there site

I contacted them via the form and their support email address. I emailed them yesterday evening, several hours after getting a receipt from Trustcash that my bank deposit was received. I got a pretty quick reply apologizing for the delay and faulting a problem with the exchanges, I was told it would be "pushed out as soon as possible" and I'd receive them "within the hour". 24 hours later I still have nothing. Now I email and get no reply, so I'm asking here, since their support doesn't seem to be around tonight

You could also try IRC.  Lurk and ping periodically if you don't get a response right away.

Maybe the transfer takes time to process, or their BTC stock is low.
It is best to wait maybe a day or so. Good luck!

Got a msg from Charlie around midnight that he was "looking into this right now". That was about 15 hours ago. Still nothing

Hey guys, noob here. How do you guys feel about that ridiculous 3.99% commission? Comes up to about $20 every $500, which is highly discouraging...

For smaller transactions, the convenience is more valued generally than what the fees cost.  For larger transactions, there are alternatives.

You can deposit cash at Bank of America, Wells Fargo or PNC Bank (minimum $500) using Bitcoins Direct:

You can deposit cash at Chase or Wells Fargo for BitFloor (no fee):

or cash at Chase for BitMe (no fee)

Gwem,

Not sure which order this references, but if it was not resolved, please email or PM me ASAP.

If it was resolved, I would appreciate if you can edit the title of this thread
