Try a power cycle, unplug leave for a few min power back up. If this does not work find manual for the miner you have and try a hard reset to manufacture settings also know as default settings and go from their or befor trying that to try a different pool. If that does not work then try the other options have said. If are able to connect would be pool is down and not accepting workers or miner needs a reboot. Happens form time to time had on my ant miners and other miners do same thing where a simple power down and back up worked fine.
