Need Netspend prepaid card

I need a netspend prepaid card, the kind you buy at CVS.  I don't need funds on it, just the card.  I can pay 400% of cost ($100) in bitcoin for it.

no scams please. just a plain ol card, as I'm out of the States and can't purchase a temporary one myself.

I cannot understand you because you said the kind you buy at CVS, why dont you buy it directly from CVS?
By the way what is CVS?
