I noticed a forum post earlier with a BitInstant Visa debit.  Also, noticed that there was only a tutorial video on loading the card with cash to buy BTC.  If I were to get a BitInstant account, what do I need to do to pay bills, etc using the BTC that I've already accumulated?  I'm a bit new to using these cards, so thanks in advance.
