Hey,
I think most of you know that Neteller is supporting bitcoin deposit long time ago with 0% fee through  bitpay but from 10 September 2015 they will increase fees rate to 5%
Source: official Neteller website: https://www.neteller.com/en/fees

Sad news for bitcoin, first one you cannot use buy with btc from their net+ mastercard and now they make a fee.  Undecided

I've read this before yeah , they are taking advantage because they saw a lot of people using it I guess in case someone don't accept neteller peopl deposit to neteller to send to people .
I personally don't find it useful at all and it's really shitty because it wouldn't make sense to deposit then not being able to use it to get the card or use it on Online shopping or real life shopping ,  you can only money transfer between users . (and not sure if the user you send to is able to use them on shopping later or not ) , either way ... screw them there is e-coin.io which seem to be a great alternative but can't shipped to my country sadly

I remember looking into this to buy credits on Pokerstars. Literally the day the launched accepting Bitcoin, Pokerstars stopped accepting Neteller pretty much everywhere in the world.

I haven't found any other use for Neteller since, so I don't think it will have much of an impact.

Wow didnt even know pokerstars stopped accpeting them, you sure? will have to look into that i used to use them all the time for pokerstars.  Currently not much of a reason to use them unless they bring back the 0% bitcoin deposit.

In Canada for sure, yes.

It seems like the other countries are fine though.
