i made the mistake of whitelisting my current IP, and it seems i cannot log in ( my isp must have recycled my ip)
so i am now locked out of my own house...... feel free to laugh, but please try and help as well Sad

What are you on about?
You whitelisted an IP on what for what reason and why is this a problem?

You whitelisted an IP on what for what reason and why is this a problem?
i whitelisted my IP on https://blockchain.info/wallet its now a probelm because my IP was recycled by my ISP

Yes you need to contact blockchain.info, they will remove IP whitelisting from your account.

Yes my friend did the same thing as you and setup whitelisting with a dynamic IP. He had to verify some account details and he got back in within 24 hours, the support were very fast to respond.

Another thing you can do is if you have a recent backup of your blockchain.info wallet you can restore it to a new blockchain.info account. You only need the password to do that, it lets you bypass 2FA, ip whitelisting etc.

You should have the wallet still stored in browser local storage if you're lucky. If you find it, you can subsequently re-import it.

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.

what is VPN and what is use of using it because someone told me VPN is used to block our Ip address to be watched by others but for some sites VPN dont work we have to close the vpn to use that site.

So can u please specify what is the actuall use of VPN ?
