Hey guys, as title says looking to buy only Preloaded VCC's meaning funds are on them, I do not need empty ones as I already have over 8k.
 And I'm  also looking for Prepaid Visa and Mastercard Gift Cards, I'm not looking to give or receive insane rates.

 Let's make it fair for the both of us, we can use escrow if you don't feel comfortable going first.
 I'll be paying in bitcoins of course.
 Let me know your rate and if it's doable I'll be a do bulk orders almost daily.
