I bought from these guys several weeks ago.  I was promised tracking details within 24 hours.  I have received nothing, no product, no tracking details and no responses to e-mails.  I can only assume they have run off with my cash!

Posting to say that I have now received my item- along with a nice free gift for the delay.

Thanks for resolving the issue.  I will use you again in future, but response to e-mails would have prevented the situation.

It took over 2 weeks for delivery and I was ignored for most of that, hence my concern.  I obviously jumped to the wrong conclsion, but I was concerned as I was being ignored.
