How shady are they.  My social and email accounts were hacked by someone from btce.  Or the email they hacked with was from btce.   Be warned...

Never use the same password for different sites. I use this program to securely store my complex passwords: http://keepass.info/

You should give it a try.

Hi,

Sorry this situation.
If you have a phone number, you can recover email account.
I hope you resolve this situation.
Be more careful in the future.

I think he means if you have phone number attached to the social and email accounts you have a way of recovering access.

The email used take over my account was traced to btce.  I don't like their non-transparency.

Only OP is to blame in this case as well. Spouting allegations without any proof isn't helping anyone.
