Can someone explain this to me how guy received only 2 bitcoin and spent 23 with 97 confirmations?Huh

You had a filter on so you couldn't see all his transactions, if you turn it off you see he received more https://blockchain.info/address/14f4WdcxkRhP2N5JbCWe3q7QcNtDiX82ba

You had a filter on so you couldn't see all his transactions, if you turn it off you see he received more https://blockchain.info/address/14f4WdcxkRhP2N5JbCWe3q7QcNtDiX82ba
That, and another thing. Its blockchain.info, company that fetches data from bitcoin blockchain, they could get smth wrong, database error, human error, hardware fail etc. U can't rely on them to serve 100% accurate data.

I clicked on all the filters and it still didn't pop up with more received Bitcoin...I have no idea what this is I've never seen it before. Literally hundreds of Bitcoins moving out of the address but it has only received 2.

What, exactly, are you complaining about? Are you asking why the address is involved in transactions of several BTC when the address itself has only received ~2? If that is the case, that is because not all of the Bitcoin being spent in those transactions come from this address. It is involved in those transactions, but other outputs related to other addresses supply the remainder of the Bitcoin.

If you enabled Advanced mode you can see all of those other addresses.
