can any one see why it is not good? or just copy theres, wich is from a stable working titan.

Seriously, a Titan Black owner here. Dont do it. The Titan is not worth the risk, in terms of burning up or even reducing lifespan.

Get a Radeon card, far cheaper and will mine better.
