What Exchanges Support ACH transfer to bank accounts? Other than coinbase/circle

Other than coinbase and circle, what exchanges will allow me to transfer btc to usd via ACH transfer to my bank account?

(or though some method that does not involve significant fees such as wire fees)

I'm going to research the following to see if they do individual ACH transfer. If you could just please give me some pointers/suggestions/opinions about each of them:
