Here is the price quote from that thread:

I can offer 500 hits of 60 seconds each for 0.99 mBTC (or buy 1000 for 1.89 mBTC). Hits are also from autosurf, of Hitleap. You may also buy 500 hits of 10 seconds each for 0.19 mBTC (1000 for 0.36 mBTC).

Multiple durations from 10s-60s available, and price will be discussed. Also if you buy more, you can get a even lower price.

He has the fees written in the OP. BTW OP this belongs to services thread, as I find it hard to believe that traffic can be considered as some goods which you can buy/sell.
