need help with 7970 neoscrypt or quark

i am not able to setup my amd 7970 i have tried everything i can think of, here is the code i am using with sg or cg miner, is there anything wrong with it?

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1


cgminer / sgminer -k neoscrypt -o stratum+tcp://ffpool.net:4233 -u 7Cw34W9rMCAinSUcSLs4WaTTwGgRyxp7ec -p c=MUE -I 13 -g 2 -w 64

I have a Asus Matrix 7970 "leftover" card running Quark a NiceHash.

I use the miner linked in this article:

I am getting around 12-13Mhs stable at stock speed.

I use this config:
