Comodo antivirus warn "Windows Operating System is trying to connect to the internet" and the ip they are trying to connect to is " 212.109.6.213 " but that ip is in Russia. I live in the South pacific.

could be maleware on your computer. i would block it and make a full scan.

dont store your bitcoin on your pc in a hot wallet by the way.
