In the left upper corner of the site you give at your post it is a price. It is the price for taking the wallet or for something else?

Let me recommend you Electrum-LTC for desktop. it's a great litecoin wallet.

other than that, online wallets (not secure) I use are block.io

Let me recommend you Electrum-LTC for desktop. it's a great litecoin wallet.

other than that, online wallets (not secure) I use are block.io

Electrum-LTC is the best light weight LTC wallet you can start with. But unlike bitcoin-core wallet, Litecoin-core will take some 2 to 4 hours only to download entire block chain. So, you can go with Lite-coin itself. Still Electrum-LTC also a good choice.

I too use block.io very good and simple web wallet. Ideal for newbies in altcoin/bitcoin...  Cool
