I can consider it repaid, but you were not the one who made the loan?!?!  So as long as he confirms and you confirm with signature that payments you sent are considered as payment for him, all is good.

I think @minerhq should first ask katerniko btc address, because he send from fortune jack. if he will make a return to sender, btc can not again fall where you want it

NO i will repay this loan even if i have to pay from my pocket (fiat money) and not signature campaign.
but if he pay me back the btc that would be nice.. i want to thanks lender for understanding and bitpolar for helping out
