So I entered Bitcoin address, email address into the form on gblse.com and today I received a confirmation email that my coins are returned.  Go to my bitcoin qt Transactions tab, no new transactions.  If I entered the wrong Bitcoin address, any way to rectify that?  Also, will I receive or request my transaction history, to see what I bought my shares at, etc?

Dunno about changing your address, but someone posted a full history of GLBSE trades, don't know if it was useful though.
