What do you mean by "need to wait"? Instead of waiting you should hold an escrow for this trade. Its looking like as if you are planning to do a scam. Currently looking to sell around 1.5 BTC for Paypal or Skrill

Did you see other members ? I said members with low reputation will need to wait until everything cleared. Do you take an instant risk for Paypal to Bitcoin ? But I'm not. If you are interested for the deal then let me know. I don't think you are. |

Yes I am positive, however the status says "scheduled" and not "processed" , and Skrill is being extremely laggy for me so they're probably just having congested servers right now. |
