[BTC-E] ballance stuck in meta trader account

i was planing to use PAMM the i created account and funded it with 30 mBTC, then i want to recover it to my normal account i can't do that
it gives me this error :

please help, i don't want to lose my money

I believe you are going to have to contact BTC-e support.    I know in old times they were known for being slow.

But I think that is your best bet.  Let us know how it goes.

it solved it self, i went to sleep then when i wakeup i found no balance on that metatrader account (and all of the balance id on my normal account)

BTC-e is buggy those days
