Does anyone here have experience waking up on their on dream not realizing that its still a dream. I just did, just this night 1 went for 1 hours sleep. When im sleeping i start dreaming of waking up on the same spot that i slept not realizing it was a dream after sometimes i just realize that it was a dream. it was the weirdest dream that i had waking up 4 times in a dream.
anyone here experience this.? what would be the cause?im starting to get nervouse is it a sign that im not healthy. anytip would help.
as a kid i had that moment. but as an adult i never remember my dreams
