WTB: FPGA dev board

Interested in purchasing a FPGA dev board to learn on, NOT A DEDICATED MINER. It must have most of the IO pins broken out and accessible. I know at least a few of the earlier FPGA users were using Xilinx dev kits, if anyones interested in selling theirs.
