Who else is in the porn industry?

I am starting a new business venture on writing scripts for adult videos. I have always wanted to particularly become a porn star, but I don't want my male cousins or father possibly seeing me.

I'd like to know though, why are porn stars frowned down upon so much? Truth is, they are workers just like everyone else. They work to put food on the table, and a roof over their head. Farrah Abraham was ridiculed so harshly for her pornography, but I am actually proud of her. She knew she had to provide for her daughter, so she did what she had to do to support her. I can respect that.
