I like to outsorce my hosting as I live in the UK=high power costs.

so I thought I would try pcfli's hosting, I so wish I did not, I will explain all now.

I bought a few units of several different people and the units was set up on my pool in a fast way (I waited a day for pcfli to log on, but it was done in less than two hours)

there were some down time of units (units independently down, not a group) and I know there was a big bit of down time that was compensated.

but when the bill time came round (sept) I did not get an e-mail after confirming my e-mail address, my miners went off   for three days.

I received the payment e-mail after some lies

lee where is my invoice, my miners have stopped.

I have PM'd you to sort this out.

there were some other miner problems about half hashing units, they got sorted, I wanted out at this point, but lee convinced me to stay, and to be honest, I am not the most luckiest person when it comes to mining.
on a side note, I was not compensated for the total of 4 days not mining, just the time they offically went down, but that was not the main point here.

over the last month, I have seen random miners going off for 3-6 hours a time (big problem for PPLNS pools) I have just paid another month but e-mailed to ask why one miner was not on for past 3 hours? I was shocked to receive this!



one miner is not on my pool, it just makes me think about the other times one unit was off for a few hours, you lot might want to check this out, I might have stumbled onto something here.

EDIT - for clarity, I have a back up pool set up, the pool one unit is on is not mine! so I am paying for my units to be on someone elses pool.



my miners have not changed any details.

so firstly I just want to make you all aware about this.

secondly, to pcfli, I want out, I want my months money back, and I need either a sale of these units to someone else or you buy them back off me, I don't care, I have lost faith in you.

I just re-affirmed I just want out, I don't want a battle, I have no trust left, but some points I must make about this message.

Firstly, I am sorry but I don't understand anything in the bottom image, if someone could translate I would appreciate it greatly.

secondly, these units were acquired on the 02 sept, I have no idea why he is going on about nothing changed since 31 July?

thirdly, (this is just my opinion) but the top image looks altered.

fourthly, even tho one unit with my name on points to the pool in question, another unit with someone elses name shows it running on my pool, If this was the case then I would not have any down time as four units would be running on my pool.

I would not have a problem with an admin error, But this dodgy image shows four units running on my pool, where this is false.

sorry, lee, just get me out of your hands, I'm not sold here.

I dont believe it, now he is saying I am getting all my hash rate    the fact I was not is the whole reason why I asked him in the first place, this is a joke.

Just to re-affirm what I am saying, I am not calling scammer, I just don't have trust as too many things don't line up for me, lee still has a good user base with plenty of happy customers, I just want out.

does anyone want to buy the 4 units (S5) I have here so I can leave please, they will come with hosting paid up as nothing can be done about that now.

squall1066, i am deeply sorry for the thing you experienced , i have checked with my employee. it is a mistake, she point another client's miner under your name and vice versa. so your donot lose any hashrate during this time, it is just another client's miner shown under your account on our monitor system, you can check the total hashrate in your pool and you will fine the hashrate there is the same as it should be

rubbish, It's the fact I have lost hashrate in the first place that made me question this, This started the whole thing, how can you say I have been getting full hashrate when I have posted screenshots here and to you asking why my miners are off, do you think I am stupid?

But I loled at the " if it is the situation," part.

I did tell him to forget it now, this is not about the money for me now, I just prefer honesty and not to try and thow stuff back at me saying the hash rate was fine.

i am saying this as I dont want anyone to think I was angling for compo, anyone who knows my service here on the forum knows I am not like that.

I am talking to a buyer for my units, I will post here when I am out, but I just want to leave this here as a record, as some people have said they have found their units running on lee's pool.

I just smell something fishy here, time will tell.

All this happened at the worst possible time, This was my timing that was off 

selling the units would get me back HALF what I paid, I believe there is a difference in fighting for what you believe in and being stubborn to the point of denial lol 

Lee has said he is stable most of the time, and I guess I was really unlucky all of his instability went for me, that's just my luck I guess.

I am still not happy, what can I do?

I will leave this open either way, I believe in leaving my history for all to see, maybe some light will come out in the future, maybe I will learn something from this.

Sorry to see you are having these problems squall1066 - it's clear that you are right about lost hashing time & you are correct to bring this situation to the community's attention so that other potential members are aware of what can happen. I hope pcfli does the right thing & reimburses you fully for your losses & hassle - I'm sure you will come to a satisfactory resolution if you stick at it.

This is just an update, I am still mining with user, as I cant sell due to my own fault (bought high sell low)

This is not a rant, I just want to document my experience with this user.

something strange just happned, I was buying a new bitmain miner (lee said I could use my existing units as part payment)

so I messaged (e.mail) and got this back....

It just rang bells getting another person asking for payment to another address.

Please consider two things, Firstly, it responded back to my message, but secondly, pcfli has just announced they are being hacked!!

our website is attacked by someone, trying to find a way to get it restore. already ask my employee to check what is the problem that the miner is under performance 

probably nothing and all legit, but just something else that does not sound right with this user.
