    Hello,

Thank you for your email. The Deposit of 10.52301249 has been credited to your account and on checking we see you have processed Bitcoin withdraw to and you can check the process of transaction in the following link:

If it was was sent to your Bitcoin Wallet, BTC address then , please let us know if you have reached the Block Number 204353 on your on your bitcoin client. If you have not reached the Block Number you will have to to wait until your bitcoin client has finished downloading the blockchain. This number should appear at the bottom right corner on their bitcoin client.

    Please be aware that:

When withdrawing or depositing bitcoins into your Mt.Gox account there may occasionally be a delay (1~24 hours) depending on network congestion, your internet connection speed and the time required to get 6 confirmations on the network. If you're sending to your computer's wallet, it's good practice to keep your bitcoin client running so it can download the block chain. For those that may not know the block chain is the complete history of all transactions made on the bitcoin network, and as such it can take some time to update and download the most current block and see the bitcoins in your wallet.

If you aren't seeing the funds after either withdrawing/sending to Mt. Gox from your bitcoin program, please wait 24 hours before contacting us. If your transfer has still not occurred within 48 hours, please lodge a support request so we may begin the process of tracking your bitcoins and reinitiating the transfer.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any further enquiries, please do not hesitate to contact Mt.Gox Support either by responding to this email (should the enquiry relate to this ticket) or by using the following support request form:

    https://mtgox.zendesk.com/entries/20256702-contact-us

So you were hacked and someone stole all your BTC? Or is this a complaint like another thread I read, where no one logged into your account? Does MTgox not allow you to lock in a bitcoin withdraw address so even if someone hacked into your account they couldn't steal all your BTC?

They allow you to lock it with either google auth, yubikey or a combo of either.

Even in a session fixation attack with one of these enabled, they could only trade your coins.  they would have to be able to long press your yubikey or read your google auth code.

I find the security center very user friendly

In none of these was the person using multi-factor authentication.  Mt. Gox has had Yubikey support for a while.  Mt. Gox accounts now support Google Authenticator:

Someday people will start taking their Bitcoin security seriously.
Would anyone use a bank which allowed unlimited withdraws via an ATM (up to your entire lifesavings)and the bank only secured it with either used:
a) an ATM card w/ no PIN
or
b) a pincode with no ATM card?
