Yes, you need a long string of verifications before you can create an account "E-mail & Cellphone number."
Have you checked the area code"country code"? Automatically applied when choosing a state"Nationality."
I have tried activation now using a VOIP number "textnow," and it’s work.
You can use this method but it is better to activate with a real phone number.
Remember this platform has been hacked recently.[1]

I am not sure but probably you need to be citizen, it is really difficult to open account in such asia based exchanges.

There is always a problem in bithumb, and they need to find solutions to these problems. Even when you trying to become a member there are mistakes that alienate the people on the website. but we should not throw the crime immediately at bithumb. Which country do you live? and when you try to become a member, which country code do you use the phone number that starts with?
