Here is what it needs to be: an user takes a picture and that picture is sent to our server immediately. It's important that the time is shown correctly and the user that took the photo can't modify that. He might keep a copy of the photo, I don't mind. The time that the photo got taken is most important. That's all there is to it, willing to pay 1 BTC!
