Need a small amount of paypal funds for a ebay order. I will send first since its only a dollar but you HAVE TO SEND AS FRIENDS/FAMILY otherwise paypal will put my funds on hold for 21 days. No newbies either , just got my other paypal banned for life because a newbie paid me in stolen funds
